"For over 5 months now I’ve been waiting to get a propane extension out to my outdoor project. We even dug out the hole ourselves and got it inspected. They told us they would come whenever they had the time. It’s been 5 months… still nothing."

"Called to get my tank filled. i have an older tank and they charge 150$ for an inspection fee. The gentleman told me it was an older tank and was not certified currently and would need to be recertified to be able to fill it up. They do offer these services but refused to do it on an older tank. They could have asked me this over the phone when i set up an appointment like multiple other companies have done since then to save them the hassle of coming out just to tell me something i already knew. They basically stole 150$ . Bad business practice. will never use or call them again! wasted about 3 weeks of my time waiting on this also."

"My girlfriend had a flat tire yesterday about five pm,Steven came out and helped me change the tire,then the owner came out to see if he could help as well, great people !! thanks again guys."

"They skipped the scheduled appointment to fill my tank, leaving us cold and without heat two weeks later in a cold snap. Price of propane was low at the time, but thought nothing of that piece of the puzzle. Then fast forward to last week, propane is more than a dollar higher per gallon, and they stop by and fill my tank when there was plenty of gas, clearly taking advantage of the price. They got me for nearly double! Obviously they are taking advantage of their customers to capitalize on price fluctuations, when the customers can least afford such gouging!"

"Recently had a small gas leak and our experience with Blossmans service was awesome. Their service man Brad was great and solved our leak with professionalism and was truly knowledgeable, and when the service was complete they had a fill truck at my residence in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Blossmans to anyone who needs propane services"
