"I still can hardly believe it but I opened up every cushion and pillow today to confirm what I thought and it is true. This business is dishonest. I sent a couch, a large arm chair and two other chair seats/pillows to be reupholstered in early 2019. I was sending them to be recovered because they were expensive pieces because all the filling was down feather, which I fluffed often. This business sent the pieces back filled with the polyester filing you would buy at JoAnn Fabric, basted, in some cases, into the original casing, mixed in with feathers in other cases, and just stuffed in to fill out the form. They left a few selective pieces with the original pillows but 90% of the down is gone. I know, you can hardly believe it, right? "They stole my down filling...." But it's true. They gutted my favorite furniture and left me feeling like a fool. And just for the record, I am not a frequent reviewer. Only when I'm outraged."
