"November 2023 Visited this location, primary for Amazon returns, it’s nice to see a full re-branding going on in here. They offer a ton of additional services now like TSA pre-check, enrollment, passport, services, luggage, tags, free packing and sealing support , and a lot of things in addition to what you normally would have expected for Staples. I’m really loving how Staples is leaning into packaging, packing , and especially travel and comfort. They had a really cool donut shop set up inside. It’s not a real shop, but you would believe it’s real at first glance. Great sales tactic to showcase printing services available! Service was quick and thorough. The sales attendee was pleasant and helpful! I’m looking forward to returning to this location for more assistance."

"This review is for the TSA Pre ✅: I was done within 10 minutes. All they asked me was how long I lived at my address and if it's current. They took my fingerprints, scanned my passport, took my picture, then I had to pay $78. Shop: Nice that it included a UPS. Store was clean."

"It's a decent enough store but if you need copies, to ship something or anything else in the 'business services' area please expect to wait. A long, long time. Every time I've come in for something there are at least 5-6 people in line and it typically takes 20-30 minutes. If you're picking up supplies, great store. If you need any help go somewhere else. That's what I've started doing."

"I went in for my TSA Precheck appointment this past Friday and I was impressed by how seamless the process was. I was in and out in under five minutes. The employee who helped me was incredibly polite and helpful. She explained everything clearly and had a great attitude. I was even 20 minutes early for my appointment and I was still seen immediately. The store itself is very clean and modern, all in all very professional looking. If you're looking to get your TSA Precheck done here, just remember to make an appointment and bring your identification documents (passport or birth certificate), and you'll be good to go."

"I can honestly say since the manager changed the store has gone down. They blame it on them not being able to keep staff but they can’t keep staff because they refuse to pay them what they are worth but back to the issue. Miss the days when David was here but moving on. It’s 6 30 and this sign is up. The new staff here is overwhelmed and the copy and print center is so cluttered and messy. Now the customer service from the staff (not managers) is still holding on but staples has to do better. This is the only one in the area. I hope they can get it together. In other news printing at Walgreens is always another option. Let me update this review. Tech manager Jaycon does not know how to assist the team when they are behind and is just there holding space getting steps in walking around. I had been waiting a hour for a order that would be ready “by 8:30” for him to tell me it is dependent upon staff and how they move. So it might be ready in the morning. My question simple: why aren’t you all calling customers letting them know so we won’t waste our time and gas. Him: we’ll they were busy Well so was I. it’s a 34 min drive. So in conclusion, they remind me why I stopped coming here. Shop local people"
