"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . WENT IN YESTERDAY & PURCHASED 2 BAR STOOLS. ACCIDENTLY PICKED UP WRONG SIZE. WENT BACK TODAY & LITERALLY BEGGED THEIR "BARNEY FIFE" JOKE OF A MANAGER TO SWAP THEM FOR THE SMALLER SIZE STOOLS I MEANT TO PURCHASE. WOULD NOT EVEN CONSIDER. I UNDERSTAND THEIR "POLICY" OF NO RETURNS WHICH SHE MENTIONED A DOZEN TIMES HOWEVER THERE IS SUCH A THING AS BEING REASONABLE. I AM A BUSINESS OWNER & I MAKE EXCEPTIONS EVERY DAY TO TRY & KEEP CLIENTS HAPPY. ANOTHER ASSISTANT WORKING THERE TODAY SAID THAT THEY HAVE TOOK EXCEPTIONS IN THE PAST- DEPENDED ON THE MANAGER. BEWARE, BEING REASONABLE & WORKING WITH THEIR CLIENTS IS NOT PART OF THEIR DNA. COMPLETE JOKE. WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE."
