Sarah, in particular, is the most helpful and gracious store manager at Ballard’s Outlet. She has helped me pick out furniture for years. She has an excellent eye and treats every customer with exceptional care and intentionality. In the warehouse world we now live in, it’s easy to make shopping transactional but not so with Sarah and the team she leads. She makes her job personal and remembers my name every time I walk in. "They are selling broken stuff in there that I woud not accept for free. Cheap particle board Walmart grade furniture priced at 3k-10k only to be reduced 30-40% because it is beyond repair. My wife and I played a game of guess the price, is was rather amusing but not worth my time."
