"You get what you pay for. Structurally, the cabinets are okay. The issues are in the finishing touches and installation. I had to have them remake several doors as trim on the doors wasn't cut cleanly and had noticeable splinters, worse than you'd see on cabinets at Lowe's. We opted for an antique finish but what we got was not as clean as others we saw. I am not sure what brand of caulk they used on the moulding but it cracked so badly that I had to caulk places again within three months. Two hinges were not installed well. I had to glue on a faux drawer on the bath vanity because it was loose and crooked. In the kitchen, they didn't shim properly to allow for a slight slope in the floor. As a result, our counter top guys shimmed as much as they reasonably could but from the center of the kitchen sink to the end of the cabinets, about eight feet, there is a 0.25" drop now in my backsplash. We continue to find issues. As of this writing, with only a little over two years of actual use, the finish in the top edges of the cabinet doors under the sink is peeling off. Another couple of doors have 1/4" gaps between the top and bottom corners. Just shoddy workmanship all the way around."
