"The lady managing was excellent. But they really need some help. I would also suggest setting up the line better. Doesn't really make sense and people shouldn't be allowed to go have balloons blown up until after they've paid. Very confusing. But the lady helped me get my wife some anniversary balloons and they worked out well."
"Went to the check out and my husband pays for our order of more then $45/$50 and when I get to the line to purchase a new item, the girl says she would be able to give me a 15% discount but on orders of $45+….. I asked her so why didn’t you apply it to the last order… Very unhelpful on trying to help a customer save. As a wedding planner my goal is to always help my clients/customers save on everything they do. No one likes to feel sour when purchasing a product they know they could of saved money on. Rick or poor."
