Star Nails II

"I have only been 3 times since it has been open. The service is poor. They overprice the services but the price doesn’t match the service at all. They run through the pedicure process so fast. You can’t give directions on what you want unless you use a Google translator on the technicians phone. My toenails are slanted and the dead skin was not completely removed from my foot. After she painted my nails (with regular polish), she poured oil on them while they were wet and told me it helps them dry quicker. My polish had to be redone by my tech at Angel Nails on Macon Rd. I walked out upset and dissatisfied. I complained but they didn’t care about anything other than my money. I will not return again!"

"I debated all day if I was going to write a review or not but it’s 9 PM and I’m still upset after getting my nails and toes done at 10 this morning. I’ve been going here for ab 6 months now. They usually do a good job on my nails. Tom and Kim are the best. However… I have had only one good pedicure and that was by Kim. Today just took the cake tho. I always get the pedicure with the stones, towels, and sugar scrub with gel polish. Well today Kim wasn’t there so someone else did them. He cut my toenails so short and did not do any massaging. After painting my toes he put my shoes on and was like done. Before I could tell him I wanted the pedicure I always get I took a look at my toes and they looked absolutely horrible. I asked him to please shape them and he continued to cut them shorter and file them until they bled. I just said that’s fine and got up. I sat down to get my nails done and my toe was throbbing and Tom asked me if my toes needed to be fixed. He tried his best. At the end I still ended up paying what I always do and still tipped bc it’s who I am. But I’m very upset. It looks like my 2 year old niece painted my toes."

"I have a wedding anniversary to attend in Atlanta on Saturday Nov. 12, 2022. Do I went to get a Pedicure and a Manicure on Wednesday Nov. 9, 2022. They greeted me at the door and took me back to my chair. The made me very comfortable and did excellent work for me! I truly recommend this nail shop to everyone. There was an experience there also that was shocking. A woman that was there when I got there and she tried to leave the shop without paying! Also there was another woman there that got all her services, then complained about the services when it was time to pay! But that’s to be expected in this day and time! Some people want everything for free."
