"I liked** going here because it’s the only place I know that does korean/chinese designs that come out (usually) cute. But honestly I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back after my last experience here. The lady I had didn’t have the best attitude and kept huffing and puffing the entire time she was doing my nails like I was being a burden. She kept grabbing my hands roughly making the entire experience uncomfortable. Lastly, (and worst of all) I kept telling her the gel lamp was NOT on and it took me telling her almost three times for her to realize that the gel lamp was indeed not on. So basically she almost burned my fingers off with the handheld gel light and the hardened gel between my natural nails and extensions are very thick. I’m hoping these nails last given that she didn’t cure them properly in the beginning. The prices are also very high and the lady was lucky I gave her any type of tip. The manager/owner that day was nice and attentive but I did not like the lady who did my nails.If you look at the photos you can see how thick the gel is especially on my pinky finger. :("

"My experience here was very disappointing. I was not greeted in a welcoming tone, rudely asked if I had an appointment then told to be seated. My technician barely spoke English, therefore, trying to get her to understand what I wanted was an exercise in futility. She didn’t soak my cuticles in water to soften them. Instead, she used the machine file and went back so far, it hurt. When it was time to choose a color, she placed three stands of this new translucent colors for me to look at. None were what I wanted. I asked were there any other colors and she retrieved this glittery gold and silver look. Neither color really spoke to me. I decided on the gold polish she kept encouraging me to choose. It turns out the color clashed with my dress so I had to go back and ask for a different color. Based on their tone and volume of voices, I could discern they were not happy with me coming back. Another woman who did speak more English proclaimed I was supposed to say I didn’t like a color before leaving the salon. I said I understood, this is my first time getting me nails done in years. At first, I thought my nails weren’t going to be fixed. I was asked to sit back at the station I was before and a different lady sat down and aggressively removed the gel from my nails with another machine operated file. She moved so fast and so hard, my cuticles were bleeding. It was so painful, I cried. In addition to that experience, I hate the shape and length she filed my nails down to. I will NEVER return to this salon. I can’t do business with anyone who can’t comprehend me nor me them."

"I was a walk-in and I called before I came in to make sure it wasn’t too busy. I wanted Chanel nails that were short and almond shaped. I had the most amazing experience with Coco, Zoey, and Krystal! They not only did an outstanding job on my nails, but they were also incredible conversationalists. They truly pampered my nails by taking their time and showing genuine care. I have never had anyone pay such close attention to my cuticles, comfort, and nail design. I trust them completely to bring any design idea to life. I am beyond thrilled and will definitely be coming back!"
