Jolie Nails

"I've never been the one to post a bad review on any business; however this place is unbelievable. This is my sister's third time getting her nails done here. The first time everything was fine no complaints the second time I got mines done alongside hers but they appear to not even ask how we would like our nails instead they just did them. We said ok it's a first time shouldn't happen again. We disregarded how they cut into our skin and how they cut the nails too short. To the point it was really painful. The third time we walked in everything was ok so far until the man who works there started doing my sister's nails in which they again didn't ask for how long she wanted them or what design. By the time my sister realized the nails were done it was too late for her to even say anything and had to choose what color she'd like them is the only choice she was given. I think this is very unprofessional therefore I wouldn't recommend coming here"

"My nail are so uglyyyyy. It looks as if I let somebody practice on them. I didn’t even get a topcoat and the polish wasn’t even distributed evenly, no shape, and didn’t even let my nails dry all the way before putting oil on. And they’re not even shaped evenly. And yes. I left the shop just like this smh."

"Not the best experience, i went during lunch, i waited 20 minutes for a pedicure and they were not crowded had 3 customers. I was seated with just warm water and then when a client walked in after i was seated they were taken care of i asked who was doing my pedicure they said i had to wait a few more minutes. I asked for a towel to dry my feet and leave the lady next me told who was managing and she didn’t even look up or ask why. Would not recommend at all, not even for a polish change!"

"I have been going to Jolie Nail for over 2 months and never had my nail break as bad as they did 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I have been in Jolie Nails every week since then trying to get my nails fixed. When I complained about my nail breaking in under a week they talked me into getting gel polish over my real nails which cost my $25 and sadly they explained that this was a discount. I paid it although I was apprehensive but I believed them. They cut all my nails down gave me an excruciating manicure and promised me my polish would stay in place for three weeks. This was on a Wednesday and that Monday I returned because 2 nails were chipping. Instead of them redoing my nails the way I wanted them for free they wanted to charge me for a third time in a row for their crappy service. Needless to say, I walked and threatened to never return because they do not know how to make it right with their customers. I was well on my way to spend $65 at this nail salon in just under 3 weeks. They did not care that they provided crappy service but instead wanted me to PAY for their crappy service."
