"First time here, got a full set and pedicure. The very next day, my nails started having air under them. The day after that, a nail came off. Went back to get them fixed and they only applied a new nail to the one that came off. They did not fix the nails that looked like they needed a fill in after ONE day of getting them done."

"I have been coming here for 5 years now . I’m absolutely loyal to Ultra Nail Service because they’re very clean & they treat me exceptionally well. The owner is the sweetest , John is very helpful . Danny, Jose, & Hugo are amazing at any style, shape, design ANYTHING I ask for they slay it every time . And Jose , is BOMB at pedicures . His pedicures last so long my goodness . Also they’re very quick and efficient. Their customer service is outstanding , I wouldn’t go anywhere else."
"UPDATE: it was the right nail shop. I have the receipt to prove it. 3 nails have already broken, no more. I definitely should have listened the the negative reviews. This one is the WORST gel polish job I have ever had. It’s not smooth and it literally started chipping away as soon as I got home, my pedicure also. They were nice and it was very clean but I won’t be back. I’m so annoyed that I wasted $80 on this, Never again!!!!! I have to now go to a different nail salon to get it fixed. The coating was definitely too thick. I will be uploading pictures."
