"Beware of ridiculous extra charges. I went in today for a pedicure and wanted everything but new polish put on. Instead of taking money off for skipping the final 5-10 minutes of the usual service for polish, they somehow charged me $18 extra in 3 different random extra charges. One was $5 for callus removal even though I paid for an upgraded pedicure (not the basic one). I should have listened to the other reviews that said the same - I will not be returning as this place totally scams you on pricing."

"I want to thank the staff for being kind and quick. I took my toddler with me and no one batted an eye. He sat quietly while the gentlemen gave me the most amazing manicure and pedicure. The services were remarkable! Highly recommend coming here for a relaxing time."

"My recent visit to Blanc Nail Salon was disappointing. I went in for a polish change without asking about the price beforehand, assuming it would be around $20 like other salons. To my surprise, I was charged $38, even though later when I checked their website listed the service at $32. The staff claimed that my nails were long, which was untrue. This inconsistency and unjustified charge left me feeling taken advantage of as a customer. Transparency in pricing is crucial, and I advise others to clarify the cost before visiting Blanc Nail Salon."

"Beware of your technician!! I have started going to Blanc because my daughter goes every 2-3 weeks and always has a great experience, the first time I went, the main manager did my nails and I loved it! However, I went back this past Sunday and had Kai. If you are ever paired with him, refuse! He was annoyed when I told him I wanted a manicure at the outset, and rushed through my service (I arrived at 5:00, they didn’t close for another hour), even though he kept trying to push tips on me which I didn’t want on my nails. Once he did my nails, he left my fingers FULL of color. I asked him to clean it, and while he kinda did it, my nails were also super lumpy. When I asked him to fix that, he did and then spill and ENTIRE bottle of oil on me, and it broke on my foot. He didn’t even apologize, just handed me a towel. My daughter was also there so she told her tech who got the woman in charge. They offered to redo my nails, but at that point it was almost 5, I didn’t want to keep them longer and was just so disappointed by the experience. However, there was no apology from her either, and instill payed full price. If I ever go back, I’ll be sure to ask who my tech will be and won’t stay I the guy in charge isn’t there."

"This is my first time here and I came in for a pedicure. Noland walked up and greeted me with such positivity. He showed me the pedicure types I went with the ultimate because the feet are barking lol. The pricing isn’t bad but also keep in mind they charge extra for gel polish. Overall my experience was actually relaxing. I hate my feet so i get bad anxiety having to watch them work. Noland gave me nothing but relaxation. I will be coming back to see how they do on nails be on the lookout for my review."
