"The worst experience ever, there was no customer which shows how bad they are. For 45 minutes one of the technicians was talking loudly on the phone (Korean or ….. language), customer service was terrible. I never had such an ugly nails. Don’t waste your money and time."
"I have visited at least three salons in the last few months. This one by far does the best pedicure and I can't stop looking at me nails from my fill in. They rocked it. It's not all fancy or anything in the place but the women know exactly how to do a great fill-in and a fantastic pedicure. My husband really enjoyed the service as well"
"First time coming here today. A couple weeks ago I got my nails done at a place called inails & I did not like the work or the staff. I came here trying to find a nail place that does good work as well as a friendly staff. TW nails has that !!! They are extremely friendly loving people. & they fixed my nails. They shaped them well & the paint was exceptional. This will be my new place. Extremely satisfied with the work done today."

"Ok so me and my girl came here on the first time and weren’t really impressed. The young lady did SNS and I mean she packed the powder on the nails sooo bad that it looked like her nails beds were swollen. So as a dissatisfied customer. Johnny and Ruby were able to satisfy the next day. Ruby took all the SNS off and put a full set on. I mean totally different. She took her time and did a great job. Also Johnny do the best massages. He has that touch!"
