"Quality varies greatly depending on the tech you get. Have been coming here for the past year and a half had always enjoyed the staff. Today I showed up for my 2pm pedicure appointment and didn’t recognize any of the usual staff. I was told I had to wait 90 minutes even though I had an appointment confirmed. Not even an apology from a single staff member. So disappointed, will be looking for a new place to get my pedicures."

"I’ll start by saying that I spent 4 hours of my day off at this nail salon for a gel pedicure and acrylic manicure and left with burn marks, stains on my all white outfit and messy nails. The services requested were a basic gel pedicure and the Jasmine spa manicure. The tech who was doing my nails was on her first day, so she was receiving training.. (I will mention that she was super sweet and is the only reason for 1 star) — that being said, she was directed to exfoliate my arms with a sugar scrub (which was done in a rough manner by the woman training her) then the same trainer grabbed a PLASTIC PITCHER, filled it with water and rinsed my arms using the pitcher. Next, a pink solution was rubbed on my arms and I asked what ingredients were in it because it had a very strong smell. The woman who was training didn’t know and continued to put it on my arms. My skin immediately began to burn and the woman continued to put plastic bags on my arms and placed my arms in the heated pouches even though I expressed deep discomfort. There was no hurry to grab rags or wash my arms off when I explained to her the burning sensation that I felt on my skin. Instead, the nail tech who was training was the one who walked over to grab a warm towel and wiped my arms down. {refer to picture for burn mark} My gel pedicure was finished within 20 minutes but my manicure really took the cake for me. I expressed that my ride was arriving at a specific time and since a regular polish was confused with gel, the tech had to redo my nails which resulted in my ride waiting 45 MINUTES!! Since the regular polish was mistaken for gel, it didn’t dry so as I was putting my coat on, the polish rubbed off on my beige wool coat and white leather pants. Since I booked through ClassPass, I had to pay an additional $15 for the manicure because acrylic is not listed as a service (charged me for SNS and additional $15 for acrylic) The nail tech who had worked at the location for a longer time period didn’t offer to discount the services, instead she started to speak badly about me and other guests who book through ClassPass with another patron who was getting her nails done. Worst mail experience I’ve had in Atlanta considering the lack of customer service."

"My experience from start to finish was outstanding. I reached put initially via google and sent a message requesting an appointment. I shared that I will have help for my one year old for the first half of the day and that I’m in desperate need of some self care! I was immediately responded to! The woman was very pleasant and kind and shared that I can have the next appointment that morning if it worked for me! She also identified with my need to get out and have some “ME TIME” It worked! I got there and Annie and Kathy were so incredibly kind and accommodating! I’m 5 months pregnant and they went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Me brief and pleasant conversation, I even enjoyed some brief chatting with another customer and in an hour I was all finished with a perfect gel pedicure and sns manicure! These pictures I’ve taken is after almost 2 weeks later, it’s still pretty! Can’t wait to go back!"
