Pretty Nails

"This place is extremely unprofessional and a JOKE. Every time I call to make an appointment for my eyebrows and actually come in it’s always something. Today I called to confirm that the lady that does eyebrows is there because last time it was something, the person on the phone said yeah and I said “so I can for sure come in now” she said “yes you can come” when I get there and mind you I live 5 minutes away, they told me she’s busy, and I’m confused cause I just called, I tell them that I just called, their response was “well she just took a walk in client” why would you take a walk in client knowing you’re expecting a client who actually called? I say ok well what time can I come, she said 4pm because she has “clients lined up”, very unprofessional. This wasn’t even the first incident, there are many, but another time I called as soon as they opened and when I called I asked for eyebrows I already knew it was going to be something by the way she responded, she took a while to respond and eventually said “uhhhh yeah you can come in”, this at like 10 o’clock, when I get there I noticed that the lady who does eyebrows isn’t there and I said something about it and she said “she hasn’t come in yet” usually I don’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows, however I was desperate because I had something important to do, so I said “are you sure you can do them” I was willing to let her, she walks away and eventually comes back and says “she’ll be here in 10 minutes”(the lady who does eyebrows) I ask “why can’t you do them” she says “she’s coming soon” so I just leave, but before leaving I asked “can I write my number down so you can call me when she’s actually here” they said “just come in ten minutes” so I come in ten minutes and lo and behold she’s not there, they said “she’ll be here at 10:30” again they don’t write my number down, but I am desperate to get my eyebrows done because it’s for my senior pictures at 1:30 and the place it’s at is and hour away so I’d have to leave at 12pm so it’s not like I can come to the nail salon at anytime, they said 11:30, but I would not have time so I just don’t come at all. In conclusion this place is extremely unprofessional and all over the place, the service is bad, only thing I can give them is she’s good at doing eyebrows."

"After a long days work. I got off early to enjoy a spa pedicure. I went to pretty nails I walked in. I asked for a spa pedicure so I ended up getting a jelly pedicure. I specifically told the lady that I need someone to remove the excess dead skin because I have a lot she looked at me and told me to tell the nail tech so apparently the nail tech didn’t understand me and she did not remove let alone even go into my cuticles. As soon as I explained my issue, they started giving me pushback. They weren’t very friendly at all. They were speaking a different language, and totally ignored me. I stopped the pedicure in the process and paid $40 for almost nothing the tech that was doing my nails was very rude and she was speaking another language that I couldn’t understand. From now on I will just learn how to do my own nails because that was definitely a bad experience especially when I got off early to get my nails done and my feet done ended up not getting a manicure at all getting half of a pedicure. Almost made me cry."

"Have been going here for awhile now. Wayne if my favorite, he just gets me without having to say anything. i originally went to other ones trying to find the RIGHT one, it was then i discovered Pretty Nails close to me and i didn’t even know they were 2 minutes away. Their professional work while getting to know their customers with a light and warm environment is why i’ll forever use them !"

"Came back to this place out of convenience for the second time and they are still the worst. I simply wanted my gel nails removed and the tech took an HOUR+ and still couldn’t remove all of the gel. She had to have another nail tech finish the job, who was just as bad. When the first tech cut my nails down, she cut them uneven on each hand and the tech who took over wouldn’t even shape them evenly. I didn’t want a manicure, just needed them removed and evenly shaped and that task was beyond them. Definitely my last time coming here."
