"Went there two weeks ago for the first time. My ladies were both pleasant, but pushy. Went for manicure and pedi. They sold me on gel mani. Today I went to take gel off they would not honor what I wanted, which was to wrap nails in acetone not file them and make them super thin. When they sold me on the gel I specifically asked what was their method to remove gel and they swore on wrapping nails. Today they refused to do so! Terrible experience! Lost both my daughter and I. The worst part is you tell the person what you want and instead of speaking to you they start speaking in their language which they know the customer does not understand."

"I experience the worst treatment yesterday 10/21 by Jenny. I came in for a soak off and a pedicure. I asked Jenny to fill my nails in and she said there lifting so you need a new set. I agree we can remove the nails and start off fresh. Instead of Jenny soaking my nails off or asking any questions she grabs a nail tip and start forcefully popping my nails off. I asked her to stop because it hurts and she ensured me it would be fine. Me thinking maybe she knows something I don’t, she pops another nail off and made me bleed! I then told her I don’t want my nails done and I’ll allow them to breathe because they were in pain. When I put them in water they hurt. She cleaned my nails off horribly and cut my cuticles too low. I told the owner once I my pedicure was done what happened he said I can take off 5 dollars. Keep in mind I was still charged for a soak off and a manicure. Jenny made really rude statements commenting on my Cartier bracelet saying oh isn’t that 3 grand after I told her I didn’t want my nails done. Then called her friend over to ask where I got it from and how much it cost. It was just a really intrusive experience and I have no desire to give them another dime of my money. In the pictures below she made my middle finger bleed, broke my pinky nail and cut my natural nails down so short and didn’t file any of them properly. They hurt to touch and this is just another reminder why I don’t go to nail shops for my services anymore."

"Absolutely LOVE this nail salon! The staff are always so friendly and helpful every time I go. I have tried several salons since moving to Newnan, and none beat this one as far as quality and pricing goes! Definitely affordable and amazing work every single time. I normally use Katie and she is top notch! Will be going here from now on!"
