"I was traveling and a nail chipped so I wanted to get them done and found Cozy nails on google. The spa is very nice and the staff was also. I was just expecting more for the price point here. This was the first time I have been charged for the previous gel polish removal on top of the manicure. Also at other places in the same price point I have always been offered champagne, wine, a latte, or even just a bottle of water but was offered nothing here. The serve was quick and efficient which I needed that day because I had a meeting to go to but they did not know that and if I had more time I would have been disappointed at the speed. I would have expected a short hand massage and such for the price point but did not ask because I had places to be. My nails look good and I got compliments but I feel they were not painted as close to the nail bed as they normally are. All and all it is not a bad place to go but it is expensive for the service I got."

"I absolutely loved my experience here, and it was my first time trying this salon. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and seated me within 5 minutes. They were super busy, but still managed to work me in quickly as a walk in. Very casual and friendly atmosphere. Mimi was the one who ended up doing my nails and she was super charasmatic and nice to be around. She worked extremely quickly and finished my full set of nails in less than an hour. She was very keen on not hurting me and making sure it looked right. Up front pricing too, paid $70 (not including tip) for my nails. Will definitely be back, I enjoyed it. And I'm obsessed with these nails"
