"He repaired my shoe in under an hour! The cost was very reasonable!"

"Took a pair of boots in that had a rubber sole that had dry rotted. The owner was very nice and laid out all options I had available for repair. He gave estimates as well and the repair was going to be pricey enough he gave his honest opinion that the repair was likely not worth it. I appreciated his honesty instead of trying to push a sale. I will be back if I ever need any shoe repair."

"The owner is very nice and pleasant however he has had my shoes for 5 months and they are still not repaired.Keep saying he was waiting a piece."

"Took my boots in for a small repair that cost roughly $60. Although the gentleman was polite, he never called when my boots were ready and the craftsmanship was awful. The "fix" makes the boots look worse than before. You'd have to pay me to go back."
