"Great experience today at Northpoint store, Alpharetta GA. I got the Good Feet product 4+ years ago and they made it possible for me to walk without pain. However in last few weeks something changed and a different part of my foot began to ache. Went in today got new inserts at no charge and walked out with no pain. This is an amazing product. Well worth the price"

"Well…the sales staff, Niki is adorable and knowledgeable. She took a lot of time to help and explain everything. I would give Nikki 5 stars but zero stars for their return policy. I haven’t even taken them out of the box yet and called to ask if I can bring one back and keep just the maintainer…there are no returns at all! The system seems great. However they are extremely expensive! Not like kinda expensive…500 each for 3 supports plus tax and the cushion to go over them. No refunds either. I wasn’t pleased about that. I feel like they should have told me no refund at the beginning. Also they don’t tell you the cost till after you have tried all of them and went through entire sales pitch. Oh well…I’m going to give them a try and hope they work!"

"Went to the store waited 5-7 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Went back and was quotes $500+ for a pair of half insoles. Went to my podiatrist and got custom orthotics made for $189. A TOTAL RIP OFF IS THE GOOD FEET STORE. There's nothing good about it."

"I first came into the store in 2021 and was skeptical but willing to do anything the alleviate the pain in my knees, back and neck. 2023, I still manage a variety of issues as I'm not consistent in my self care. My feet are no longer part of the issue thanks to these inserts. I should use the insert that does work more, but even the middle insert and the relaxing insert have done some good work. Today I purchased two more pads to replace the worn out ones and I'm altering to a different intense insert as I tried one that didn't feel as awkward as the one I've been avoiding. Worth the visit."

"I accompanied my wife to the store to get an idea of what the Good Feet Store is all about. While I did not (yet) make a purchase, the staff presented a very detailed review of the equipment and services they provide. I am considering using their products and services. Review Addendum: As indicated above, I considered purchasing the Good Feet Store products and a week ago, I purchased the full assortment of shoe inserts and related equipment. This first week using the products has been a bit challenging as my gait adjusts. Although, I still have some discomfort, it has begun to diminish. I'm looking forward to seeing my level of progress over the 3 to 4 weeks. Stay tuned!"
