"Memorial tattooin my opinion is the absolute best tattoo facility in Georgia. I have been going to the artist and owner phil covin for Approximately 30 years he has done everything from portraits to color pieces to black and Gray. And everything in between and every time he absolutely knocks it out of the park. I like a lot of different styles and have one artist that can cover all of them and not only that , but do it all excellent is very hard to find. Professional atmosphere The staff are amazing helpful i'm gonna answer any questions you might have. I can't say enough good things about this place.
