"Made an appointment around 11a with a lady with dreads. The appointment was at 7p. I brought my son at 6:45 because we’d never been to her before. We patiently waited until 7:15. She was still working on another client. She didn’t say anything to us. We walked in. We greeted each other silently to make sure that we did interfere with her and the other client. After arriving early & waiting 15 min after appointment time we left. She waited until we were at the door leaving to acknowledge us. Then she wanted to ask if we wanted to wait on her, or if we wanted someone else to do it. Communication is key, as well is professionalism. First impressions are important. She did not provide a great experience. An unfamiliar face doesn’t mean ignore them because they are not apart of your normal clientele. I would NOT recommended her to anyone based on professionalism, being polite or welcoming."

She did great . Lot of kids go there as well so no worries in that department really happy to have went there i cant wait to look fresh again"
