"I have been frequenting this location for well over a year. The staff is always so pleasant and welcoming. But the main reason I return every 4 weeks is due to Sophia. She is an absolute gem. She makes getting hair pulled from your whole body enjoyable (lol, funny to say), but she has this way of making you forget where you are. Go in and tell them I sent ya, you won't be let down."

"If I take the time to write a review it's either because I'm blown away by the customer service or the alternative. Unfortunately, this is the alternative...smh. Gio is an exceptional esthetician, and she has provided wonderful service when I have visited a few times previously. However, this older, grumpy, rude Caucasian woman at the desk, who hates her job or her life, needs to be removed. No one needs this negative interaction/experience when you're trying to enjoy some self-care or me time."
"Really bad first time experience getting waxed. Left with a stubble all over that feels like I haven’t shaved in 2 days. Update: I have decent amount of bruising on my thigh as well. I am still left with the stubble even after I brought it up that parts had been missed, and they went through and tweezed."
