"Mary and Misty have always done great work. I did stop by there today, and there's a sign at the door saying they are permanently closed. I was kind of surprised - I was just in there a few weeks ago and they didn't say anything about the possibility of closing. I'm hoping someone is playing some sort of gag on them or they will reopen somewhere else. It's going to be hard to find anyone who can replace them. Seems odd that there would be no advance warning, especially to those of us who are long time customers. Edit to add: Misty has opened up a shop right down the street now with Mary working part time by appointment only."

"This place is awesome. We work so hard . Come in early and stay late. Haircuts only $ 11.00. Can't beat that. We do old and new haircuts. Low bald faces to high bald faces. Flat tops razor cuts and more. Comes with a hot neck shave with a hot towel. Thanks to all of our customers for making jasper the best barbershop."

"My son and I stopped in here a few days ago on the way back from Blue Ridge. He needed a haircut in the worst way and we found this place online. Misty Sullivan gave him one of the best haircuts I have ever seen him get! The shop was warm and inviting, and you absolutely could not beat the nostalgia of the place. I would absolutely recommend you come and see them."

"Best barber shop in town. Old traditions with a true meaning of a barber shop. With experience barbers you will get a great haircut. Mary always greets you at the door with a hug and misty with a beautiful smile. The price for a haircut is only $11.00. Cant find that anywhere else. Highly recommend. They do old fashioned haircuts, flat tops, razor cuts low half fades high bald fadea military also. Children.cuts just $9.00 kids iner 5 years old just $5.00. Why would go anywhere else and pay . This place is the best. New and old traditions they support the military . I loved my husband's haircut. Amazing job°°"
