"Came to this CVS at about 10:45pm (Store closures at 11pm) on 2/16/2023. Doors were looked and I was rudely told by an employee”Emma” is the name she gave me… Black young lady with dread locs or twist in her hair….they were closed while several ppl walked around inside the store still shopping after My daughter and I stood there knocking on the door for about 5 min. Assuming these people that were shopping were friends of the employee because they held casual conversation while ignoring us for some time as we stood at the door knocking. They wouldn’t let us in even though it wasn’t 11pm. I also asked to make a return but she told me I needed to get to the store before 10:30pm because the cashier registers close by that time. I don’t understand that explanation when the store doesn’t close until 11pm. All the employees were locked inside the store with friends/customers they allowed to stay in the store along with them. It was so weird. Another employee yelled a couple of time through the glass “we’re closed” when it wasn’t 11pm. This location is very unprofessional. It’s unfortunate businesses are ran this way nowadays. Fortunately you’ll get better customer service on the other side of town at a Walgreens."

"Ridiculous CLOSING FOR LUNCH! It’s a DRUG STORE not a doctor’s office nor a retail store. Literally need to learn to rotate lunches like everybody else. You already have to wait days to get prescriptions filled THENNNN you wait again for them to get back from lunch. Highly considering transferring all prescriptions from this store. This is crazy."

"The manager‘Nika’ whom had her toddler in the store running around and behind the counter while working allowed store associate Adriana who’s name I had to get from the receipt as she did not wear a name tag and Nika would not give me her name to report the rudeness that she continued to display as Nika had to check me out because the store associate was irritated with answering my question about why I was given the option to pay with my card if it was not an option. The store manager Nika was no help in containing the store rep rude statements that she continued while the manager checked me out. They both need to be fired. The manager is totally unprofessional did not even look like she was at work. I would have thought she was someone off the street shopping with her child running wild around the store."

"Customer service needs training I dropped my prescription off around 2pm and was told it would be ready in an hour and 30 minutes that I would receive a text to pick up. Hours went by called around 6pm still not ready. Called again at 7:30 stating to them y’all are closing soon I had a major surgery and been in pain all day why was I told a timeframe and it’s was a lie no call to say it’s a delay or nothing. Once I finished my statement then I was told oh it’s ready. Y’all need to do better stop stating a timeframe if you can’t honor it. I’m considering transferring to Walgreens.can this is just ridiculous and it’s not the first time but this was the icing on the cake."

"Went to drop off amoxicillin and ibuprofen, pharmacist mentioned that they didn't have any amoxicillin but I thought this was made and didn't even try to run the ibuprofen because she knew the insurance wouldn't cover it. Well i wouldn't be coming here because she didn't even try to assist nor offered another pharmacy that could have the antibiotics"
