"Customer Service Review: The barber was very sharp and unhelpful on the phone. He told me to book online and then hung up, but it wasn’t clear online and i live pretty close so i went in to ask a question about which service option to choose. One of the barbers was clearly trying to listen to me, which lasted all of 10seconds before we were interrupted by the other barber who i recognized his voice from the phone. He was very blunt, wouldn’t look me in the eye, and then told me to just go to supercuts. I know he thought he was funny, but honestly being unkind and disrespectful is bullying not humor. I understand i don’t “look” like your usual clientele as it would appear, but i’m human with a wallet just like everyone else. Kind, engaging, respectful, informative, and helpful are not words i would use to describe the barbers in this shop. Sure, you don’t care that you lost my $30 a haircut and it won’t effect your bottom line, but what I don’t understand is why you work in customer service if you aren’t willing to be kind to people who are asking how to best use the service you are providing. I didn’t come in asking for some wild outlandish request- just a haircut. Again, you could be an amazing hairdresser but those are a dim a dozen so congrats."

Emory Haircutters is very close to Emory (walking distance), you can book appointments online, the staff is extremely friendly, and the service is pretty quick. I get my hair cut by Dennis and I have never been disappointed!"
