"Although I was hoping to find a new company to go to for my eyebrows, I was sadly disappointed in the overall professionalism of the owner of this establishment. I booked and showed up for an appointment only to find out that she was not there. When I called her, she initially said that she didn't honor Groupons on the weekend, only to remember that she actually did schedule the appointment. Then her feedback was that she was not in the store because of a gas leak. I wish that I would have at least been given the heads up before taking the time to drive to an appointment that clearly was not even scheduled."

"Well what a pleasant surprise! Initially went in for eye brow thread just to clean up my brows because the last place I went didn’t shape them right . I was immediately greeted by Lancy I told her my concern. She said she can fix it and boy oh boy did she. I love my brows and she tinted and shaped them EXACTLY The way wanted. I noticed she offers services for men. It was fathers days so I had my husband come in from the car for the Chair Facial , brow shape (yep- he’s a great sport) and scalp massage. By the end of every service WE now have a standing couples appointment same time every 2 weeks. Service was impeccable! professional! Atmosphere: calming Spa like. Can’t wait for my Eyelash Extensions and my hair oil massage on my next appointment ! Guys and Girls! If you want to treat yourself or Bless someone else- You must visit! Lancy knows her business!!!!"
