"It was terrible I showed her a picture of a haircut that I had and I had plenty of hair on my head and she completely chopped it all off she completely ruined it and I had to go back because she missed a few spots!"
"Omg. Worst haircut of my LIFE. I will never go to another Great Clips again. It literally looks like a 5 year old cut my hair for me. It is uneven and bulky. I can't even explain it. Not even close to how I wanted it cut, and 5 inches shorter than I asked too. I have to wear it up until it grows out. Too embarrassing to go out in public as is. Go anywhere else!"
"The owner of this location really needs to hire better people to cut hair. I was in there today and the lady cutting it pretty much tried arguing with me when I told her she didn't cut enough off. She had to cut more off and still didn't cut enough off. I got frustrated and said just forget it. And the guy cutting it last time seemed like he really didn't know what he was doing. The only lady who does a really good job is never there when I go. I will just have to start calling to make sure she is there before I go. She seems like the only one who knows what she is doing."
"I love this Great Clips, the stylists are always very helpful. Gina is my go to stylist she is pleasant and cuts my hair exactly like I ask her. I am always getting compliments on how nice it looks along with where I get it cut, and of course I refer them to this Great clips."
