"Does not respect clients who don't want their photo taken. Is really aggressive and dismissive about it, which is extremely unprofessional. It's common courtesy. 1). ASK before you take a photo. ALWAYS. 2). If they don't want one taken, then DON'T take one and post it. Felt disrespected and violated. That's one of the main reasons I'm not going back. The other reason is that the results are so mediocre it's not worth the price. Plus, my hair always smells awful leaving."
