"Marlaya has the skill and manner of someone doing this 10 years longer. She knows how to get you off the table quick, without feeling rushed or beat up.I was intimidated by a full body wax but she made it a breeze. I’m sure the other ladies here are fantastic, but book with Marlaya. She’s a delightful person who knows her stuff!"
"I've been to other locations before, and while the salon was clean and pretty, I went in expecting to get a bikini wax and underarms and wound up with a full Brazilian. She also didn't do my underarms. I didn't even realise there had been a mix up until I felt the wax where I wasn't expecting it, so it was a point of no return situation. To be fair, I didn't say anything (I was honestly too shocked), but I won't be going back. I've found several stray hairs as well, and will still have to shave my underarms. Editing to add that I was also given a random woman (similar to another customer earlier in the reviews) who I thought was the one I'd booked with- and honestly I have no idea if she was or not. She never gave her name, and I honestly didn't appreciate being treated by her. I'd definitely recommend checking with the front desk that you're being seen by who you booked to be seen by."
"I’ve been coming to the Decatur location for quite some time now! I love the vibes and the energy. Everybody is always so welcoming! I always recommend Marlaya to my friends and family! She has the sweetest soul and makes this process so much easier! There’s never an awkward silence and always has the best energy!! She does an AMAZING job! Again, ask for Marlaya for your next appointment! I will always recommend her!"

She takes her time and doesn’t miss a hair while also getting me in and out of my appointments quickly! She also always takes the time to answer my questions and gives me great tips to make sure my waxes last and my skin stays healthy."
