They make me feel very comfortable, answer questions and always give the best service! Moved from MD to GA last year and I have been looking for a new eyebrow/wax/etc. place—had tried at least 10 since until I found this place. This one is keeper!"

"Chandra was literally incredible to work with!!! She is so sweet and kind and explained the whole process to me. I had a bad experience getting a Brazilian at another spa and was a little hesitant, but Chandra made me so comfortable right away! I definitely flinch when I get waxed and she made the process almost completely pain free!!! I'm not joking!!! The quality of products used here is bar none and the atmosphere is so cute and chic! You can tell everything was super sanitary and made so the client is extremely comfortable! The receptionist, I think her name was Maggie, was super sweet too! 10/10 experience!!!"

"I’ve had one Brazilian wax before and it was not pleasant that was roughly 2 years ago. Due to that experience I was hesitant to get another one. Keri Villa made my experience nothing but pleasant. She was great to work with, made me feel comfortable, and took her time so it was not nearly as painful as my first time. Will be going back and while the other waxing techs are all great so I’ve heard, I will continue going to see Keri as she made my experience wonderful and went above and beyond in making sure I knew what was going on and was comfortable. Would 100% recommend!"

"I'll start with this place is definitely more pricey that other places. However, you really get what you pay for because they do a fantastic job. The service is exceptional, very professional, polite, courteous, prompt, and responsive. I have been getting waxing for a long time and I know when someone knows what they are doing. I love going here. I could actually relax and unwind a bit while getting service. The place is very clean and is a good atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, easy to talk to, but most importantly, very skilled. I felt very little to no pain. I am the type of person that would get waxing with a waxing specialist who does the job day in and day out. I would not get it at a nail or hair salon because their expertise would be in nail or hair, and not in waxing. I am sure some will do a nice job, but I would not take the risk. I really like it here and is definitely my go to place for waxing. Also, I like that they send reminder texts for the upcoming appointment."
