"If I could leave a zero I would. I went in to get a trim and clean up around ears, the lady who cut my hair ( second chair on the right) butchered my neck line... it was so uneven.. she had to be high or drunk. I will have to let it grow out for at least a month or 6 weeks before I get another haircut. I will never return here."

"I went into to have my hair trimmed 1 inch or so. My hair is cut in a bob style. It was longer in the back and choppy. Was told by a friend that it looks like I tried cutting it myself. I returned to the salon within 30 minutes and asked to have the stylist look it over again. She had me go to the restroom and change from my regular shirt to her smock button in the back. She claimed it looked fine yet continued to cut more hair. She explained that it was going to be longer in the back because that was how it was before I arrived. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. The manager was witnessing this and did not guide her or ask me anything about it."
