"I was coming here for a little over a year and had no issues until one day I came and the woman that was doing my toes literally spent five minutes going back and forth with me about getting gel on my toe nails after I repeatedly told her no and then she caught an attitude and basically ripped the skin off of my feet. I did get a refund and my $10 tip back and then recently I’ve gone twice and now they never have any staff so definitely call before going in. I’m going to be finding another place to go to because it just seems like the business is declining after I had that incident."
"I wanted to love this place. Honestly. But I did not. I came with my mother on a Saturday afternoon. The salon was clean. We decided to get Gel Manicure and Pedicure. The pedicure was delightful. My nail technician Sophia was incredibly attentive and very professional. However , I despise when I sit down to enjoy a pedicure and then the nail tech comes over and starts doing my manicure. I think it’s a very disrespectful thing to do. At least ask me first. However my nails toes and hands are beautiful. So maybe 4 out of 5?"
