"**UPDATE** Had to call and get GreatClips 1800 number and get the general manager involved due to the stylist adding additional tip for herself to my transaction after I left. I still left a tip yesterday despite being unhappy with the cut because I know what it is like to work for tips. I cannot believe the audacity of a stylist to try to steal ADDITIONAL tip on a cut and beard trim where the customer was unhappy. Stylist has been completely unprofessional and told me when I called and asked for a manager that she didn’t need my tip or my money or anything from me that she told the manager to give it all back. Manager was helpful despite there not really being anything that can be done to fix how my beard looks. Requested a refund for the charges and initiated a dispute with the bank to be safe. Keep your receipts and check your bank statement after you come here. Came in yesterday for a haircut and beard trim. Had Aja for the second time, and last time she did a great job. This time she did not. My hair is shorter than I asked for, but it looks okay. My beard on the other hand does not look okay. Aja asked if I wanted to keep the same shape or let her decide, and I told her she could decide the shaping as long as I still had a full beard. Fast forward and I have a chinstrap. She did something strange with my mustache. It does not look good. It is not flattering. I was also deeply offended when she told me I looked younger after I expressed to her how unhappy I was. I don’t look younger. I look BAD. I told her I had a very important night ahead, and I feel like this woman butchered my face. A haircut is supposed to make you look good and feel good. I don’t look or feel good. I have weeks and weeks ahead of me of trying to grow my beard back to a workable state. I will NEVER return to this location. I have attached photos of how I came out looking today versus how I looked the last time Aja cut my hair and trimmed my beard. Unhappy does not even begin to describe it. Aja has lost a return customer. I have no kind words after today. Greatclips has burned me too many times in the past, and this will be the last time I allow one of their stylists to butcher me. I will be requesting a refund for all services later today. I can’t believe how unhappy this made me or how ugly I feel after coming to GreatClips. I trusted Aja would make me look good because she did last time. That trust was misplaced. I went to a pivotal meeting uncomfortable and unhappy because of how my beard was mangled. Getting a good haircut at GreatClips is a fluke. I can at least say from my experience that Aja is an inconsistent stylist if not a downright bad one considering I asked to keep my full beard and she went right to work making sure I had anything but a full beard. These people don’t care about the work they do or how they make you look or feel. This is a zero out of ten experience. If I had it to do over again I would not come here. I recommend you do not either."

"If I could give 0 stars it would be more accurate. Absolutely worst haircut ever.. If you can even call it a haircut.. I got whacked!! So what I got for the Christmas holiday this year is the need to completely hide from everyone!! It’s sooooo bad!!! I had long all one length hair when I went in.. What the heck am I to do with this mess????"

"Terrible haircut. She just hacked away for 5 minutes and sent me on my way. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got back home. No blend from clippers to scissor cut. The stylist was friendly but she was clearly rushed and unconcerned with the quality of her work. I cannot recommend this place or imagine myself returning."

"Got the worst haircut of my life today. The lady that cut my hair did not know what she was doing at all. It’s rare that I even write bad reviews but I had too. Idk how she even got a license for cutting hair but the fact that my mom had to retouch and cut more hair just to even it out speaks volume. Never again."
