"My daughter's braids were all over. They were shoulder length. Usually when getting your hair braided they lay down and not stick up, these did not. I told them before I left to roll the ends, they were going to send her out without them being rolled. She liked them though after they were finished. First & last."

"Soo i found her their IG on instagram but I didnt think to look at the google reviews until I started having bad experiences. What I can say is most of these negative we’re absolutely true!! The lady was extremely heavy handed for no reason and I am not tinder headed. What disappointed me the most is that I book my appointment at 4 o’clock, 2 women came as a walk in and the braider stopped my hair to service to one of there other clients. I understand that it was a simple hairstyle but I book far in advance for my appointment therefore, that was my time that was being wasted. Because the lady was being soo aggressive on my head, i changed my hairstyle. Ill rate them a 2 star just because she did do well for my knotless braids however, that is not the hairstyle that I wanted. Because of their carelessness of not being respectful of my time, they deserve a 2 star! I will never go back there again!"

"Their customer service could be better. My hair was not done in the style I wanted and I showed them a picture instead of doing it like the picture they tell me that's the biggest size they could do in box braids but I get jumbo braids all the time. The little girl that did my hair was willing to take the time and take my hair all the way down instead of just adding 3 little cornrows and the style was still not attractive. They do good on simple styles but if you're looking for creativity this is not the place. They will do your hair how they see fit."

"Do NOT waste your Time or Money here. They have O respect for you or your time. I came in as a walk in and was told to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and was asked very rude, why didn’t I make an appointment. I said I thought you accepted walk ins? The daughter is a rude mess and told me to go wait outside, it’s sad that they operate their business this way. If someone decides to spend their hard earned money at your business you could at least ACT pleasant. The mother that owns the shop needs to teach that daughter some Manners. Their customer service skills are terrible. Is this the reputation you want for your business/ Family? So I waited another hour and she still was not done with the person in her chair. After almost 2 hours totally waiting I finally left. They think they can treat people any kind of way and still make money. I think Not I won’t be surprised if they are out of business soon. Believe All these Negative comments people have posted. There is no reason anyone would lie, most people want to be in and out pay and go with no hassle…you will not get that here"
