"Started coming here after moving to the area and initially fell in love with their work. I always saw Chris, who is absolutely amazing. However, I got my dip nails done by a lady there one evening and the manicure chipped apart 2 days later. I called to ask to have them fixed, and was told to come at 5pm. I came at 5, and still wasn’t seen for at least 30 minutes, with several customers in store receiving services. They even tried to blame me by asking if I worked recently or picked at my nails. Once my nails were “fixed” they chipped off again the next day. Long story short, I wouldn’t settle for any other technician than Chris."
