"Karen mode activated: I would leave negative stars if I could, was supposed to be the hard part cut without the line, ended up with Jim carrey’s haircut from dumb and dumber. The lady cutting my hair ( In the chair closest to the door) kept talking to the stylist to the left, it was 90% talking 10% hair cutting. Second to worst is when she called a Toyota Camry a Mazda.While my mom was laughing at how bad it was she showed the woman a picture of the haircut I wanted, she still continued to give me the Jim Carrey cut (dumb and dumber) and my mom continued laughing. Would not recommend getting your haircut here, going to Trav’s for now on."

"I was always happy to take my grandsons here, my husband took them Friday the 24th . Alex who always cut my 9 year old's hair wasn't there. The older guy was very rude to the 9 year, telling him he didn't have time for all this, he had to keep his head up, he actually took his head and moved it. My husband was shocked, he said he wanted to punch him. Does anyone know where Alex has gone? He is so good with the younger children. I won't be going there anymore."
