"BEWARE STAY AWAY!! Horrible service and very unprofessional. Went to get a tattoo with Alexis and she was very rude and her breath smelled like alcohol she did don’t want to listen to my ideas and wound up doing her own design which I absolutely hated. It came out horrible the lines were all jagged and she kept messing up and having to recover the mess ups. Even though I still payed she got mad because she said she deserved a tip. I really wish I never went to her to get my tattoo.. for future reference don’t be drunk while giving someone a tattoo."

"Talked to a nice lady on the phone the day before coming into to schedule a piercing. She was very nice and answered all of my questions. Came in today to schedule it and I asked about the guy at the counter about the time frame. He repeated what he said after I asked for a little further detail but he said it uncomfortably loud as if that would make me understand what he was saying better. The guy that we were talking to seemed very annoyed at this point. I'm hoping that when we go back for the appointment that he's not there as that was a very awkward experience and made us feel like we shouldn't be here. As a business owner, customer service is everything and to many experiences like that will kill a business."
