"I found Aubrey on Instagram and saw all the great styles she created. Even though I saw the videos of her styling a tapered cut, I didn't see one of her using clippers on the sides and back so I was a little nervous when she picked up the clippers. I shouldn't have been. She did a great job. Better than some barbers I've been to. She left me with a feminine cut. No sharp edges like some barbers did. Aubrey was just as she comes across on Instagram, warm, comforting, and a great listener. A big plus is that she strikes a good balance between talking and silence. I never felt like I had to talk during the entire appointment - as an introvert, I loved that. I hadn't had a haircut in over 7 years so I knew going in she was going to have to cut my hair. I explained how low I was willing to go (even if that meant having some damaged hair left)...and she listened! She was not a scissor-happy stylist. She left me with a length I'm happy with. As time goes on, I'll continue to cut off any damaged ends. Also, she didn't just apply products to my hair, she also took the time to explain why she chose the products she did and she gave me a regimen to get moisture back into my hair so I can reach my hair goals."
