"I have been a long time patient at Dental Partners since I was a kid. I have always trusted them to do great work, as I have always remembered. These past couple of trips have really shown me. I went to the dentist for the first time in a long time with them at the 1725 Dawson Rd location. When they pulled up my file, they had my information wrong—someone else’s x-ray’s were on my file. They had the same name as me, first, middle, last. They figured this out more than halfway through the consultation for wisdom tooth removal. During this time, they explained that my insurance would not cover this with them and advised that I reach out to other providers covered by my insurance. So I did, I set an appointment with a different provider out of town. Dental Partners mentioned setting me up for a cleaning, fantastic. Time passes and I forget about this stuff. Time for my appointment, I show up at the 19 location believing that I’m there for the cleaning. There is no one in the lobby, the receptionist is on the office phone talking about how they can do estimates for how much a service would be. She asks me for my name and says okay, come back here so my assistant can take your card. I walk back there, and the receptionist says to the assistant to take a 7.30 fee. I was like, woah what is the fee for? Thinking, well I was 10 minutes late. The assistant tells me for teeth they are extracting today. I didn’t really understand what she said at first, but I didn’t want to cause a fuss, so I just gave her my card. She swipes it and brings me back the receipt and says it didn’t go through for $730.00. I tell the assistant, I thought you meant $7.30 fee. I was under the impression that I was here for a cleaning. The receptionist is STILL on the phone. The assistant and I are looking at her, like what do we do? The receptionist starts offering my appointment to the person on the phone, saying, well we just got an opening right now. Yes, right now. I spent probably 5 minutes, standing there waiting for her to get off the phone until I decided to just leave wordlessly. I realized I did not want to reschedule. I’ve never experienced anything like this at Dental Partners before, like these last two times I’ve been. The quality has gone way down and it shows. There was no customer service and no communication whatsoever."

"I’ve been going to DPSWGA for a little over a year now and I must say that their services are A one! I’ve had the pleasure each time of having my teeth cleaning done by Holly and she’s the absolute best! She’s very friendly, professional and informative! And even though my mouth is opened while being cleaned the whole time, we always manage to have good conversation. If you’re not a patient, you should consider. Trust me you won’t be disappointed from beginning to end! Keep up the good work guys!"
