"When to pick up a U-Haul truck that I had reservation for and it was like pulling teeth.... didn't answer the phone after call after call..she got rude with me on the phone and said I was calling her too many times...then after her finally getting there, no paperwork and told me the key was under the seat, to go out there to find no key and was upset that she had to go find the key to give it to me.Rude attitude, and thank God I don't have to see nor use anything in her direction..ever!"
