"I called and placed an order at 7:55pm for $26.00 they said it would be ready in five minutes, I said I would pick it up at 8:30pm. When I arrived the food was not ready. They said I had to pay for it first. I waited another 30 minutes. Service has really declined in the past couple of years. I suggest that you go to Poncho's or somewhere else. This was the third time they fell below the standard."
"I literally threw up in my mouth after eating this. Brands "fried rice" yet sells soggy steamed rice. Wings had ZERO flavor even with honey mustard sauce on it! How they do that?!! The food tasted old and as if they reheated it. Called to complain and they acted as if it was my fault the food was horrible. Zero accountability, the manager even made it difficult to attempt to get money back. DO NOT eat from this place. Better off going to another location!! Those saying the food is good must not know what good food taste like. Take heed to the negative reviews."
