"The 2.5 hour wait to get a door was a bit much but really pretty common in the reefer industry. Once in the door loading commenced quickly. This seems much improved over previous reviews. I'm happy for the improvement."

"This place is crazy ridiculous, 4 hr past apt time and went up to check and see what the hold up was " still can't give ya a time, there's a truck ahead of you waiting as well ". Glad we came here not expecting much, cause it's a Tyson's."

"Supposed to be drop and hook. Turned into a live load. 8+ hours past drop dead time, trailer running at -10 and still sitting in a door and they haven't even touched my trailer yet. Don't make the same mistake I did and waste your time at this place."

"Weigh truck and Trailer at entrance. Have pickup number ready.Drop Trailer in gravel lot just left of scale or along road that you will travel to plant. Fresh shipping at top of slight hill end of plant on right. ( on left once you park) Walk under steal cover to shipping door. Freezer Shipping left at guard shack on left sign FP Shipping Office on right side of docks. All incoming Empty Trailers MUST be FULL of FUEL and WASHED OUT. Freezer receiving (corridor) in middle of plant on right. Sign FP Receiving. Directions to Tyson Plant US 431 to AL 131 GO NORTH. (South bound right, North bound left) traffic signal at intersection. Go appox. 8 miles to AL Cnty 79 turn right (Baker Hill). Go approx 2 miles Tyson on right Best CAT Scale is in Phenix City, AL. 61 miles north. If headed north. Scale at plant is difficult to get accurate axle weight because of steep angle when leaving."

"Not a fun place. The guard shack was rude. The only reason they got two stars instead of one is because the yard dogs were really nice. The woman at the guard shack was not clear with instructions and she had me pull onto the scale when I came in even though I wasnt lined up with the scale originally she made me back out and ask other drivers to move to get on the scale. Had to back almost to the street to make it on their narrow scale. On the way out to avoid the same mishap I pulled right onto the scale to scale out and she demanded I back off the scale and as I mentioned it was super narrow. I havent been driving too long and wound up backing off the scale. Instead of even feeling bad she just kept asking me when the wrecker was coming to get me off the scale. Super rude lady. Anyway here's a picture."
