"I wish I could give this “restaurant,” a negative score. The customer service was HORRIBLE. Me and my friends waited for 15-20 minutes and no one stopped to help us. On top of that, a couple that came in afterwards placed their order immediately. The icing on the cake was the ROACH that was crawling on the couch. The tables were dirty and bathrooms had no tissue. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!"
"Found this place on IG but my experience was not the best. The vibe is more like an after hour feel. It wasn’t busy at all but service was poor. I waited over 40 mins to put in a food order because it’s separate from your actual tab (only to be told tacos only come in a quantity of 10) I decided to order wings instead & never received them. My server catered to her regulars. I asked about my food status twice. The 2nd time she stated “girl I ain even put it in but they don’t take long” I declined. later I was informed the tacos is from a 3rd party and close earlier than the actual bar so they wanted to cater to those customers first. Needless to say I won’t be returning they have a 21% gratuity for not even bare minimum service. I’ve never paid so many taxes at an establishment."
"me and my girls ate here last night and only word comes to mind to sum up the night - INCREDIBLE. From the strong drinks, to the A1 customer service and good energy from the bartender and staff to the tacos and burger and omg those crispy seasoned fries! we were speechless. this is officially our new spot. can't wait to go back. IT'S A VIBE!"
"We called in our order 15 minutes before we got there, we were told it would be ready when we got there. It wasn't ready, at least a 30 minute wait once we arrived. They are separate from the bar and we couldn't order anything to drink because the bartenders weren't there. We finally got our tacos, and while the consome was delicious, the tacos were just ok. They really all tasted the same and the shrimp taco had 2 baby shrimp, it didn't even fill the back half of the taco. The tacos are small as well. The way we received our tacos, it was hard to tell what taco was what. I was disappointed with my first experience with slappin tacos."
