"Overall great experience!! Amazing staff! I ordered a suit from a mall retailer online and to my surprise they didn’t have any services to hem or resize my suit. I had an issue, and my event was in two weeks. I walked into this location and presented my problem; and staff here gave me a few options. We decided that the best option was to rent a suit to make sure I had something to wear for this event without any issues. I was measured, a suit was picked and my order came in without a hitch. I picked up my suit a few days before the event; suit fit great, was measured to make sure everything was right, and left. Drop off was easy and no hassle at all. Great experience and such an understanding staff that knows their business from end to end. Should have just originally came to this store instead of going to the big store in the mall. Highly recommend this store for all things suit oriented."
"I came in here for a custom wedding suit. It was a great experience. The rep that helped me was great. We played around with several colors and styles, and it was dedicated service from start to finish. Very personal experience. My one complaint is that there were several options that up charges, but I did not find out they were up charges until I saw the receipt at home. I wasn’t lied to by any stretch of the imagination. It just feels like some of the additional charges were omitted intentionally. I would still recommend this option to anyone looking for a great suit!"
