"12/23/22. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This store does not give refunds only exchanges or store credit…. I was not told this information when I purchased the items, only to bring it back within 13 days if I change my mind. Update (12/30/22): I went back to use the store credit they gave me for the return. Trip and a older lady were the only two people working there that were nice and decent sales associates . All the others working came across as pompous and rude. Thanks to Trip for helping me pick a shirt my son loved! This was a one star review originally., but I’m bumping it to a 3 star, because of the service Trip provided the first and third times I was there. The clothes the store offers are a really nice quality and look fashionable. However, pretty much everything they offer caters to wealthy people. Not likely to return."

"First time shopping here the young gentleman that rang me up did NOT mention anything about the store return policy. When I came back to return a top they told me I can only exchange it OR receive store credit. They don't accept returns. No I did not see the two tiny signs in the small, crowded store stating the return policy. It doesn't take much to train employees to say " are you familiar with our return policy?""
