"While not the best part of our trip, as we were approached by a pretty adamant homeless gentleman outside the store about paying him $2 to hold an umbrella for us, the atmosphere inside was at least pleasant. I will say I was a bit nervous about our mobile order not being ready when we came in because our cc was rejected initially (out of towners placing a LARGE mobile order), and when we came in there was nothing on the pick up cart - but when we came to the counter and told them who we were, we were pleasantly surprised to find everything ready and waiting on us (9 specialty drinks, a brew box, 3 dozen donuts and a large box of donut holes). The ladies jumped to attention and helped us carry everything out to our vehicle IN THE RAIN, no less. Thank you for everything!"
"There is no “atmosphere” - it is just a counter without seating options. A bit dirty. Service seems overwhelmed during “peak times”. Too many people."
