"Came out and took our order yet did not ask what sauces we wanted which is pretty standard fare. I guess they used to say my pleasure when you would say thank you but it seems they don't do that anymore. Maybe they change that. Mediocre customer service, when we asked for a sauce because we did not receive any there seem to be some kind of confusion. My kid just need one for their meal. It was a bummer....."

"This used to be a great Chic Fila but the last two times my order was incorrect. I ordered the more expensive item and was given a lesser value one. Both times I went through the drive through and the ticket was correct but the items didn't match. The second time I called the store and was told I would need to come back in person to get a refund. I only asked for a refund for the toppings I was not given and was told that was only possible in person and the manager was unable to come to the phone to explain the policy. I had my transaction number and all info needed. There was also no apology for two wrong orders. I try to check the bag but now apparently need to open all boxes and inspect each item. Also the fries were not full. Just not the experience I used to have at this location."

"This chick fila is always dirty inside so I only do the drive thru. And the people working in the drive thru is always rude and rush you to order… I ordered large fries and the top of the box had perfectly shaped fries that were super hard then I reached the middle of the box to the bottom there was crumbs completely! This ruined my appetite and I didn’t eat anything. Oh and don’t let me mention how unprofessional the drive thru entrance is people will skip in front of your car and hold the line up if you come early in the morning around 7 am you’ll meet all the grumpy customers and workers. So good luck with that! I won’t be coming back here for sure."

"Great customer service from Ryan! He politely took my order and soon after brought my food to my table. It was Friday night and I was headed to a nearby stadium and needed directions. He offered his assistance when I was done with my meal. By that time it started to rain! But sweet Ryan walked with me to my car and pointed me in the right direction, in the rain! Thanks Ryan! Made it safely. Keep that sweet spirit!"

"Warning - this is a drive-thru nightmare. Got a really easy order that only bad management could screw up - classic deluxe large with diet Dr Pepper. After waiting for a few people ahead of us, someone took the cash, came back with change and a few moments later my bag of food. Oh, what was the drink? Okay. He left. Then wait. Woman came out - are you waiting for something? My drink. Okay. Another moment and the drink arrives. If you’re gonna serve two car lines, work on team management of them."
