"Purchased a Jen & Co. Bag at a local boutique. Excellent quality and feel plus well designed functionality. Strangely the zipper (which seemed very sturdy) broke. I went back to the retailer but they were closed due to storm damage/renovations so I reached out to Jen & Co and they were FANTASTIC! After sending a photo of the bag and a credit card statement showing the purchase date they shipped a brand new bag in a matter of days! I will definitely be a repeat customer."

"My girlfriend have a small business and she normally handles the buying. This time she ask if I could pick up her order from Jen and co. I’ve never been here but heard my gf tell me all the time how she’s lucky to find this local place to get her bags from without paying crazy shipping etc. the customer service was great. I was in and out in no time. Even though I was only there for a minute they still offered me water. Different employees would walk by and see me waiting and they would ask if I’ve been help. I see why my gf loves this place. Take your girlfriends here to shop. Reading some of the bad reviews sound Sus. Sound like the same person. Why talk about a worker used to be there on a review instead about the purchase. What that have to do with the company."
