"I wish I could rate the food because I am sure it is fabulous but I can’t rate the food I can only rate the customer service and it was less than terrible. I called in a catering order and arrived to pick it up and it was not ready. The lady that told me that it wasn’t ready explained that there was a family emergency. While I am truly sad for the emergent situation and pray it works out the mannerism in which this situation was handled was horrible. The lady had a terrible attitude about it and was not apologetic nor did she seem upset that no one called me to let me know the order couldn’t be prepared due to the family emergency. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"I am a big fan. I love picking up interesting & delicious casseroles, sides & apps from Gourmet. It’s not the same typical bland casseroles—she has a great variety and lots of different diet options. There no place else in the Wiregrass that compares."
