"In the past, the food and service was great, but lately, the service and food are both horrible. The staff is not friendly and you feel like you are in their way! Also, the food order is not correct plus the taste is not acceptable. The fries are cold and stale! The frosties were like milk and not frozen at all! I hear they are understaffed, but this is still no excuse! Just close the place down! Also, the wait time was 45 minutes! I will not be returning to this establishment!"

"I have never experienced such a rude for no reason drive thru in my life. I pulled up tonight with one car ahead of me in line and an empty parking lot. Was asked to please wait to order to which I replied “sure no problem” because I really am not an impatient person at all. It took a longer than I expected time to ask for my order, but I figured they must just be short handed. No biggie. I ordered a Dave’s double combo with no onions or tomatoes, with a large fry and large dr. Pepper and 3 small chocolate frosties. Nothing crazy. She asked if that completed my order to which I replied I would like some ranch as well and then she read back my order and asked if that would be all. I replied that I would like to confirm that the fries in my order were large (because she hadn’t repeated that my order was for a large combo) and this woman replied in a really rude attitude “You said large didn’t you? So it’s gonna be a large fry.” Like I was the idiot for asking. I was actually really shocked because I wasn’t rude nor impatient with her the entire time. I hadn’t complained at all or order some obscene amount of complicated meals. And listen, I really don’t believe in giving fast food workers a hard time because that can be a stressful job and I just don’t personally think it’s right to be a jerk to people working customer service jobs. But damn, I was really offended and honestly I will never go back and I will warm other people not to as well if that is the type of service you are going to get. Oh and they forgot the ranch and only filled the large fry container like halfway up. Like WTH? Two thumbs down. I guess I’m the dummy for not noticing how dead the place was on a Saturday night, but now I realize it’s probably because other people have already stopped going there for the same reason. I get that people can have a bad night but you need to maintain at least some professional dignity. And why be rude to someone that isn’t even giving you a hard time? I hope whoever manages or owns the place gets their crew in line or this location is going to go out of business. There are other places really nearby to get a decent burger and good service."

"Went here after I got off work so decided to choose the drive thru. Got the Jr. Cheeseburger the way I like it and thought my burger would be all the way done nope! It was still very very pink in the middle. Also got two orders of cheese fries went to eat them and barely any cheese was on them and the fries were very very hard to where I couldn't eat. This is one of my favorite places to eat but sadly there is only one here in Dothan. This meal could've been so much better."

"I wish I could rate the service lower than 1 star. I was behind 2 cars and the line took 20 minutes to get to the speaker. Once I got to the speaker, it took another five minutes to get a response. I then drove forward behind one car, waited another 10 minutes and got fed up so I left. I’m now at Barberitos where the service is wonderful as always."
